## Common Concepts

### Lifecycle Management

Most resources follow a lifecycle with explicit transitions rather than direct status updates. This ensures business
rules are enforced consistently. See individual resource pages for specific states and transitions.

### Soft Deletion

Removed resources are excluded from standard queries but preserved for compliance and recovery. Use explicit filters to
access them when needed.

### Hydration

List and get endpoints support `include[]` parameters to embed related data, reducing round-trips. Visibility rules
filter out unpublished or removed items from hydrated collections.
