Transitions multiple attributes to a different lifecycle state in a single operation.

## Request fields (application/json):

  - `transition` (string, required)
    Lifecycle transition to apply to all specified attributes.
    Enum: "publish", "unpublish", "remove", "restore"

  - `uuids` (array, required)
    List of attribute identifiers to transition.
